By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Because our devices and accessories come into direct contact with the skin, they are considered hygiene-sensitive products(please refer to Hygiene & Return Eligibility section). To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with a security seal attached to the box.
All accessories and complimentary items included with the massager (including, but not limited to, the travel pouch, headband, scrunchie, and any additional items included in the box) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The return must include all components originally received. Returns with missing items, damaged packaging, removed seals, or signs of use will not be accepted and may be rejected at our sole discretion.
The only exception to this policy applies if the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue for review.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@getuniq.us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 13901 Midway Rd, Ste 102, Unit 184, Farmers Branch, TX 75244. Returns sent to any address other than the one provided will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, tampering, or damage not reported upon delivery.
All return condition determinations are made at our sole discretion following inspection.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please contact us at support@getuniq.us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Clear photos and/or videos
- Visible proof of the damage or defect
- Your order number
Once reviewed, our team will notify you of the resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation. Replacement processing times may vary based on inventory availability.
Hygiene & Return Eligibility
Because the massager is intended for direct contact with the face and neck, it is classified as a personal-use hygiene product. For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any device that has been opened, unsealed, or used after delivery. Once the hygienic seal or protective packaging has been removed, the product can no longer be resold or redistributed, and therefore becomes ineligible for return. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all customers.
Any item returned with signs of use, removed seals, damaged packaging, or missing components will be declined and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a returned item meets our hygiene and return eligibility standards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@getuniq.us.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violation.
