Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will typically become active within 24–48 hours after the shipment has been processed.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before the order is shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. UNIQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
